These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between oyen333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at oyen333.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

6.2 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions. oyen333 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges on MYR transactions.

6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via supported e-wallets and DuitNow are typically credited instantaneously upon successful transaction authorisation. oyen333 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within five minutes; DuitNow and FPX within fifteen minutes; direct bank wire transfers within sixty minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or maintenance.

6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided at the Platform's discretion.

8.3 Void and Cancelled Bets. oyen333 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: (i) manifest errors in odds or game outcomes; (ii) technical failures affecting game integrity; (iii) force majeure events; (iv) cancellation of the underlying event. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

8.4 Palpable Errors. Where an error in odds, payout calculation, or game outcome display is identified as manifestly incorrect ("palpable error"), oyen333 reserves the right to correct such error and recalculate affected bets accordingly, regardless of whether they have already been settled. Players who exploit obvious errors will have their winnings from such bets voided.

• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or match-fixing in connection with Platform games or bets;

• Exploiting vulnerabilities, software bugs, or palpable errors for financial gain;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, derivative works, or any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oyen333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings due to technical failure.

12.2 oyen333's aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising from any single cause shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 oyen333 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via a verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC compliance.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by oyen333. oyen333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or suspension, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12, and 14 — shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which oyen333 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, oyen333 encourages Users to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our team is available 24/7 and aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to our designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process, details of which will be provided upon request.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to any material change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
